Spring Fling Extravaganza '12

This will be special. If all goes as planned there will be members from at least 4 modeling clubs present. TVMC, Pasadena Modelers Society, The Official Unofficial Riverside Car Dudes and for the first times SoCal AMPS! This will be AMPS regular monthly meeting at an unregular location. We will have a swap meet table. So bring the stuff you want to unload or bring your greenbacks to buy the kit or accessories you've been looking for. Or in my case, I will give Mikey money for stuff I have no need for. Bring your curent project or recently completed masterpiece. This will be a regular meeting and the other clubs in attendance will promote their fine institutions of plasticoligy. And during our guests' time at the podium, I will separate "The 3 Stooges" if I have to insure they have our undivided attention. I won't say who these 3 are. But their initials are Mason, Jason and Ski!!!! As of now the fare will be regular Spring Fling chow. Bob will "Q" the cow and bird for taco's. (I PROMISE!!! I WILL BRING A TORTILLIA WARMER THIS TIME). And as usual it will be pot luck. As TVMC is hosting, we will be the provider of goods and the other 3 clubs will be treated as our guest. We have yet to go home hungry. I will be running a running list on who's going to bring what. Except this time it will be on the website and not by useing 10,000 emails! I will remember the ballons this time for turn points for the first timers. This is a family event so bring 'em all! Let's prove to the women folk you can put 50 nerds and dorks in 1 garage!! Ranchito Del Mikey sits on 3 acres in the Santa Rosa Plateau so the kiddies can run around and go home tired. Good idea to car pool as parking can be intresting there. Had one member a couple of years ago that had to move his vehicle and we havn't seen him since. As normal, tons 'o details to follow. Lets make this the best get together yet.
