C2 Kyoto Meetups

We are hosting a casual meetup event for everyone who loves Tetris and Puyo Puyo!
Whether you are a serious competitive player, someone who just wants to have fun, or someone who mainly wants to watch, everyone is welcome. Let’s enjoy the event together in a friendly atmosphere!

【Event Details】

Date and time: Saturday, June 6, 2026, 14:00-20:00
Reception opens: 13:30
Venue: C2 KYOTO
333 Kagiyacho, Kagiyacho-dori Karasuma Nishi-iru, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto
Participation fee: 1,000 yen, includes 1 free drink
Please pay in cash at the venue on the day of the event.
Capacity:
Meetup slots: Approx. 20 people, planned
Total event capacity: 32 people
This event is being promoted on both Meetup and another site at the same time. The Meetup slot capacity is tentative and may increase or decrease depending on the overall number of applications. Once the total capacity is reached, participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

【How participation will be confirmed】

Simply pressing the “Attend” button on Meetup does not confirm your participation yet.
After you apply, the organizer, Akiko, will send you a message through Meetup. In the message, we will ask whether you mainly play Puyo Puyo or Tetris, as well as your current skill level.
Your participation will be confirmed once we receive your reply.
We appreciate your cooperation, as this will help us create the match brackets smoothly.
Please note:
If we do not receive a reply after sending the message, your application may be treated as canceled so that we can give priority to other participants.

【Equipment and Controllers】

Game software: PuyoPuyo™Tetris®２ for Nintendo Switch
Play setup: 3 Nintendo Switch consoles / 3 monitors
Controllers: 12 8BitDo Pro 2 controllers will be provided.
As pairing personal controllers can take time and may interfere with the event schedule, we generally ask that you do not bring your own controller. Please use the controllers provided at the venue. Thank you for your understanding.

【Schedule】

13:30 - Reception opens
14:00 - Tournament starts
17:00 - Side event, details will be announced on the day
18:30 - Free time, enjoy casual matches and socializing
20:00 - Event ends

The tournament will begin at 14:00, so please make sure to arrive by then.
After that, you are free to come and go as you like. Please enjoy the event until whatever time suits you!

【Q&A and Notes】

Will there be prizes?
There will be no prize money or prizes. Let’s enjoy the honor of victory and everyone’s applause!
Can I bring food or drinks?
Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the venue. Drinks will be available for purchase.
Is there bicycle parking or car parking?
Bicycle parking is available. If you are coming by car, please use a nearby coin parking lot.
Allergy considerations:
There are two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels at the venue, Ten-chan and Pon-chan, who serve as the venue’s mascot dogs🐶🐶
Photography:
When posting photos on social media, please be considerate by editing them so that other participants cannot be identified.
Other notes:
Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian after 18:00. Please be careful not to make excessive noise outdoors.

テトリスとぷよぷよを愛する皆さんのための、カジュアルな交流イベントを開催します！ ガチ対戦派も、わいわい楽しみたいエンジョイ派も、観戦メインの方も大歓迎。フレンドリーな雰囲気で一緒に盛り上がりましょう！

【イベント概要】

日時： 2026年6月6日(土) 14:00〜20:00（受付開始 13:30）
会場： C2 KYOTO（京都市下京区鍵屋町通烏丸西入鍵屋町333）
参加費： 1,000円（1フリードリンク付き）※当日会場にて現金でお支払いください。
定員について： \ meetup枠：約20名（予定） ／ イベント総定員：32名*
本イベントはMeetupと別サイトで同時に募集を行っております。meetup枠の定員は予定であり、全体の申し込み状況次第で上下する可能性がございます。全体の定員に達した場合は先着順とさせていただきます。

【参加確定までの流れ】

Meetupで「参加」ボタンを押しただけでは、まだ参加確定ではありません。お申し込み後、主催者（Akiko）からMeetup内のメッセージをお送りします。メッセージにて「ぷよぷよ・テトリスのどちらをメインで使うか」「現在のレベル」をお伺いします。このご返信をいただいた時点で「参加確定」となります。スムーズな対戦表作成のため、ご協力をお願いいたします。
※ご注意 メッセージ送信後、ご返信がない場合は、他の方を優先するためキャンセル扱いとさせていただく場合がございます。

【使用機材・コントローラーについて】

使用ソフト： Nintendo Switch版『ぷよぷよ™テトリス®２』
対戦環境： Switch 3台 / モニター 3台
コントローラー： 8bitdo Pro2（12台） をご用意しております。
コントローラーの持ち込みは、ペアリング等に時間がかかり進行に支障が出るため、原則ご遠慮いただいております。会場のコントローラーを使用してのプレイとなりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

【タイムスケジュール】

14:00　トーナメント開始
17:00　サブイベント（内容は当日のお楽しみ！）
18:30　フリータイム（自由に対戦・交流！）
20:00　終了

※トーナメントは14:00に開始いたしますので、この時間までにお集まりください。 ※それ以降は出入り自由です。ご都合に合わせて、お好きな時間までお楽しみいただけます。

【Q&A・注意事項】

・賞品はありますか？：賞金・賞品はございません。勝利の栄誉と拍手を楽しみましょう！
・飲食物の持ち込みは？：会場への持ち込みはご遠慮ください。ドリンク販売がございます。
・駐輪場・駐車場は？：自転車は駐輪可能ですが、お車は近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。
・アレルギー等への配慮：会場には看板犬のキャバリア（天ちゃん＆ポンちゃん）がいます🐶🐶
・写真撮影について：SNS等へのアップは、他の方が特定できないよう加工する等の配慮をお願いします。
・その他：会場内禁煙。16歳未満の方は18時以降保護者同伴。屋外での騒音にはご注意ください。
