C2 Puyo Puyo & Tetris Night🐶🐶

This is a casual gaming meetup where everyone can enjoy playing and competing in Tetris and Puyo Puyo in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
All skill levels are welcome, from complete beginners to seasoned pros! Even if you just come to watch, it’s sure to be exciting.

Event Overview
We will be running two separate tournaments: one for Tetris and one for Puyo Puyo.
Once the champions are crowned, it will be time for a special match.
Puyo Puyo Champion vs. Tetris Champion, the ultimate cross-battle showdown!
Let’s cheer them on together and make it a night to remember.

Event Details
Time: 18:00 to 22:00 (Doors open at 16:00. Feel free to come early and warm up 😊)
Entry Fee: ¥1,000 (includes one drink, cash only)
Game Title: Puyo Puyo™ Tetris® 2 (Nintendo Switch)
Maximum Participants: 32 players (three Nintendo Switch consoles running at the same time)
Controllers: We will have 8BitDo Pro 2 controllers on all tournament setups (these have excellent d-pads, better than normal pro controllers)

About the Tournament
Whether you are a beginner or a master, everyone is here to have fun and play with a smile.
There are no cash prizes or trophies, only glory and applause!
Come for the good vibes and bragging rights😂😂😂

How to Join and Confirmation
If you would like to participate, please sign up through this Meetup event page.
After you sign up, we will send you a confirmation message through the Meetup app to ask which division you would like to join, Tetris or Puyo Puyo, so we can prepare the brackets.
Please make sure to reply to that message.
If we do not receive a reply for a while, your spot may be released to another participant.

FAQ and Notes
Q: Can I bring food or drinks?
Sorry, outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue.
Q: Do I need to arrive exactly on time?
Please be punctual. The tournament may start a bit earlier than planned.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
No, the venue is strictly non-smoking.
Q: Is there parking available?
Bicycle parking is available, but there is no car parking.
Please use nearby coin parking if you are driving.
Q: Can we chat outside in front of the building?
Please be mindful of noise, as there are residents nearby.
Q: Any allergy concerns?
There are two friendly Cavalier King Charles Spaniels named Tenchan and Ponchan at the venue 🐶🐶
Q: What about photos?
Please avoid posting photos that clearly show participants’ faces without their permission.

このイベントは、フレンドリーな雰囲気の中でテトリスとぷよぷよを一緒にプレイ＆対戦して楽しむカジュアルな交流会です。

テトリス部門・ぷよぷよ部門の2つに分かれてトーナメントを開催します。そして優勝者が決まったら…最後にスペシャルマッチ

日時：18:00〜22:00（16:00開場。早めに来て腕ならしするのもおすすめです）
参加費：1,000円（1ドリンク付き）※現金のみ
使用タイトル：ぷよぷよ™テトリス®２ (Nintendo Switch)
最大参加人数：32名（Switch3台で同時進行）
使用コントローラー：トーナメントには8BitDo Pro 2 コントローラーを用意いたします。

トーナメントについて
初心者でも上級者でも関係なし！とにかく楽しく、笑顔でプレイできる雰囲気です。
優勝者への賞金や賞品は……ありません！名誉と拍手だけ持って帰ってくださいね！😂😂😂

参加方法と確認について
参加希望の方は、Meetupのイベントページからサインアップをお願いします。
人数やトーナメントの組み合わせを決めるため、サインアップ後にこちらからMeetupアプリのメッセージで確認のご連絡を差し上げます。
その際に、テトリス部門かぷよぷよ部門のどちらで参加されるかなどをお聞きします。
トーナメント表を作るために、ご返信をよろしくお願いします。
しばらく経ってもご返信がない場合は、一旦キャンセル扱いとさせていただく場合があります。

Q：飲食物の持ち込みはできますか？
恐れ入りますが、会場への飲食物のお持ち込みはご遠慮ください。
Q：開始時間ちょうどに行く必要ありますか？
トーナメントは早めに始まる可能性がありますので、時間厳守でお越しください！
Q：会場内で喫煙できますか？
会場は禁煙です。ご協力お願いします。
Q：駐車場はありますか？
自転車は駐輪できますが、自動車用の駐車場はありません。近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。
Q：会場外での会話について
近隣住民への配慮のため、屋外での騒音にはご注意ください。
Q：アレルギー注意
会場にはフレンドリーなキャバリア犬「天ちゃん」と「ポンちゃん」がいます🐶🐶
Q：写真撮影ポリシー
参加者の顔がはっきり写った写真を、本人の許可なくSNSなどに公開しないようご配慮ください。
