Paint Lemons and Oranges, Eat Cake & Slow Down in Jardim da Estrela
Jardim da Estrela, Praça da Estrela 12, 1200-694,, Lisbon, PTHave you been craving a slower afternoon?
One where you can put your phone away, make something with your hands, enjoy homemade cake, sip iced tea, and leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived?
Then join us for a relaxed summer evening in Jardim da Estrela, where we will spend two hours painting beautiful citrus fruits, sharing cake and conversation, and reconnecting with creativity without worrying about being “good at art.”
If you have never picked up a paintbrush, you will be warmly guided by Art Coach, Kasia Piotrowska, who will introduce simple watercolour techniques before leading us through a gentle observational painting session inspired by fresh lemons, oranges and seasonal citrus.
This isn’t about creating a perfect painting.
It’s about learning to slow down, notice the little details, and enjoy the process.
Because sometimes the most restorative thing we can do is simply sit around a table with lovely people, good food, and something creative to focus on.
After all… cake tastes even better after painting. 🍋🍰
During the workshop you will…
🍋 Learn beginner-friendly watercolour techniques
🎨 Paint fresh citrus fruits through guided observational drawing
🌿 Practise “slow looking” and discover how paying attention changes the way we see
💛 Enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where there’s no pressure to get things “right”
☕ Share homemade vegan & gluten-free cake and refreshing organic iced tea
✨ Meet new people who also enjoy creativity, food and meaningful conversationsYou’ll leave with your own finished painting, new skills, and hopefully a calmer mind.
