See all- Canada Day at Studio Bell: Free Admission!Studio Bell, Calgary, AB
July 1 is the 9th anniversary of Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre, and to celebrate Canada Day the museum will have free admission for the public. New exhibitions include tribute displays for Sum 41, Glass Tiger, Loreena McKennitt, Ginette Reno and Dan Hill. Live music performances will occur throughout the day.

Meet as a group inside Studio Bell at 1pm, right beside the Gift Shop. Latecomers will have to catch up to the rest of us.COST:

There will be a couple of road closures:
July 1 at 6 a.m. - midnight- 8th Ave. S.E. from 4th St. S.E. to 6th St. S.E.
- 6th St. S.E. from 9th Ave. S.E. to 8th Ave. S.E.
- 5th St. S.E. from 9th Ave. S.E. to 7th Ave. S.E.
This will be a very busy area so expect heavier traffic and some delays due to increased pedestrians and road closures affecting adjacent traffic. There is a very large multi-level city-owned pay lot on 9 Ave SE at 3rd St. There are also large pay surface lots on 4th St SE just north of Studio Bell. City is offering free parking at all ParkPlus lots and city parkades for Canada Day. Plan ahead if you are driving, or you can also take transit or an Uber.

- For this event only, attendance will NOT be taken. However, please keep your RSVP updated as the date approaches so Brian knows who is attending.
