Distillery Tour and Tasting at Romero Distilling Company

Travel back in time to learn about rum running in Alberta during prohibition and hear about one of Canada's most notorious rum running murders. Partake in a guided tasting of our international award-winning rums and tour the distillery to learn about the rum making process.

I won a tour and tasting at Romero Distilling. The tour itself is from 2:30-4:00. Food and full bar service (not just rum) is available for anyone who wishes to arrive early or stay after. Please be ready to go on the tour at 2:15.

If you find you can no longer make it, please allow 48 hours notice so the spot can go to someone else.

Please be there by 2:15 for the tour. I will be there around 1:00 for lunch before the tour. If you wish to join me, please indicate in the comments.

BILLING:
The cost of the tour is normally $25, but you get to go for free!
Food and drinks at the restaurant are an additional cost.

Other considerations:
- As the event date approaches and you find out later you can no longer attend, if you are either on the Attending List or the Wait List, please revisit this Meetup page and change your RSVP to Not Attending.
- "No Shows" (those that sign up but then don't show up) will be noted. Please respect other members who are on the Wait List that want to attend.
- If you are running late or otherwise need to contact the event organizer, please post a message in the Comments below.
- If you are feeling ill, please do not attempt to participate. Stay home and get better.
- Be respectful to others and observe personal boundaries. This includes the venue staff.
- If there are any concerns with another member's behaviour, let the event organizer know so this can be dealt with immediately.
