Private Karaoke Night

WARNING: Attending this event may result in an uncontrollable urge to sing and possibly embarrass yourself in the most epically awkward, yet delightfully entertaining way.

Join us for a night of nibbles, "liquid courage", and (questionable) singing in our private Karaoke room. No previous singing experience is required, What IS required is a sense of humour, little to no shame, and lots of encouraging applause. Unleash your inner rockstar!

(NO judgement, we promise.... well, mostly.) ;-)

WHEN:
Saturday, November 8
7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

(We can order drinks & nibbles and socialize for a bit in our private room, then once our "liquid courage" has kicked in, we'll begin Karaoke at ~8:00 p.m.)

WHERE:
Korilla Korean BBQ
1410 - 17 Avenue S.W.
Reservation is under "Gen-X Karaoke"

TICKETS / BILLING:
- The weekend private room rental is $40/hr. x 3 hrs. = $120
- If we have the maximum of 15 people = $8/pp
- If we have the minimum of 10 people = $12/pp
- You pay for your own food & liquid courage, and your share of the room rental will be added to your own bill.

PARKING:
- Street parking nearby (free after 6:00 p.m.)
- Paid parking lots nearby

SOME CONSIDERATIONS:
- As the event date approaches and you find out later you can no longer attend, if you are either on the Attending List or the Wait List, please revisit this Meetup page and change your RSVP to Not Attending.

- "No Shows" (those that sign up but then don't show up) will be noted. Please respect other members who are on the Wait List that want to attend.

- If you are running late or otherwise need to contact the event organizer, please post a message in the Comments below.

- If you are feeling ill, please do not attempt to participate. Stay home and get better.

- Be respectful to others and observe personal boundaries. This includes the venue staff.

- If there are any concerns with another member's behaviour, let the event organizer know so this can be dealt with immediately.
