Ground. Open. Illuminate.
Join us for a two-hour ceremonial experience weaving cacao, embodied Pilates and conscious connected breathwork.

The Journey
We’ll begin by sharing cacao and setting an intention for the evening. Cacao invites us to slow down, soften and connect with the deeper wisdom of the heart.

From there, Michelle will guide you through an embodied Pilates practice focused on sensation, grounding and connection to your centre. This is not a traditional fitness class—it is an invitation to inhabit your body more fully and prepare it for the breath.

The evening will culminate in a conscious connected breathwork journey designed to awaken energy, expand awareness and create space for whatever is ready to be felt, witnessed or transformed.

Using the full moon as a point of reflection, we’ll explore what is becoming illuminated within us—and what we are ready to meet with greater honesty, clarity and compassion.

This experience is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It is about quieting the external noise, coming home to yourself and finding the nurturing centre within that never leaves you. The body carries what the mind cannot always name. Through movement and breath, we create space to feel it, move through it and return to the deeper intelligence within.

Arrive as you are. Leave grounded, open and more deeply connected to what matters.
No previous experience is required. This journey is suitable for beginners and breathwork practitioners looking to deepen their practice.

About Your Facilitator:
Michelle Spink is a certified Pilates instructor, breathwork and cold-exposure facilitator, yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher, and Reiki practitioner.

After earning her MBA and spending 15 years in the corporate world, Michelle found herself living with persistent stress and physical pain. Over the past decade, she has explored, studied and integrated movement and healing practices that support the mind, body and spirit.

Her work today reflects the modalities that transformed her own life. Michelle’s approach combines intelligent movement, nervous-system awareness and conscious breathing to create experiences that are both grounded and deeply transformative. Her sessions offer a warm, intuitive and intentionally structured space to move beyond habitual patterns, deepen the connection with the body, and rediscover the clarity, vitality and inner wisdom already within.
