Go is one of the fastest growing programming languages. It's popularity ranges from Kubernetes, backend servers, scripting and data analysis. It's a language that puts the emphasis on readability and maintainability, so it's very popular with senior engineers.
The Calgary Go Developers group meets to discuss programming in go. Some meetups are aimed at developers new to the language, while others cover more in depth topics.
