About us
Looking to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy some friendly games? Calgary Recreation & Leisure Meetup Group is all about bringing people together for casual sports and good company—without the pressure of serious competition.
We’re starting with friendly badminton meetups at Southland Leisure Centre, with plans to explore more recreational sports and leisure activities as the group grows.
Whether you’re a beginner, getting back into sports, or simply looking for people to play with, you’re welcome here. The focus is on having fun, staying active, and making connections—not being the best player on the court.
Come along, enjoy a game at your own pace, and help build a welcoming community in Cal
