LET'S TRY - Critical Mass Bike Ride

Critical Mass is a monthly, community-led bike ride that takes over Calgary's streets to celebrate cycling and promote bike-friendly infrastructure. On the last Friday of each month, riders of all ages and skill levels gather in Sunnyside for a fun, slow-paced cruise through downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. It's not a protest or organized event—just a spontaneous gathering where cyclists ride together to show strength in numbers and enjoy the city from two wheels. The route changes each time, but the vibe stays the same: festive, inclusive, and car-free (at least at the front!).

Our group will meet at the main entrance of the Sunnyside Safeway at 6 pm and then make our way to the Critical mass Launch Point!
