This guided healing meditation is an opportunity to explore forgiveness as an energetic and emotional release process, rather than something you force or rush.

Forgiveness is often misunderstood. It does not mean approving of what happened, excusing behavior, or reopening old wounds. Instead, this session focuses on releasing the energetic and emotional weight that unresolved experiences can leave behind.

During this meditation, we will gently work with:

  • Releasing stored emotional and energetic residue
  • Creating space between yourself and past experiences
  • Supporting inner calm, clarity, and self-compassion
  • Allowing forgiveness to unfold naturally, in your own way

This is a quiet, inward session focused on healing and restoration rather than discussion or analysis. You are welcome to participate at whatever level feels safe and supportive for you.

This session may be helpful if you feel emotionally stuck, weighed down by past events, or ready to release something that no longer serves your well-being. You do not need to have a specific person or situation in mind — the meditation allows whatever is ready to surface to do so gently.

The session will be held live online. A replay will be available to registered participants who are unable to attend live or who wish to revisit the meditation afterward.
