This is a small in-person support circle for women who are looking for space to slow down, reconnect, and feel more grounded and supported through life’s challenges.
Over the four weeks, we’ll gather in North Glenmore Park in a relaxed outdoor setting for conversation, reflection, grounding, and supportive connection in a small group environment.
Life can feel heavy when you’re constantly carrying responsibilities, overthinking, supporting everyone else, or trying to push through stress on your own. This circle was created as a space to step away from the pressure for a little while and reconnect with yourself in a calmer and more supportive environment.

This is not a workshop or a class where you need to have everything figured out. It’s simply a supportive weekly space to pause, breathe, reflect, and connect with other women who may also be carrying a lot.

Some evenings may include:
• gentle grounding practices
• supportive conversation and reflection
• quiet moments to pause and reset
• guidance and insight around what you may be moving through

You are welcome to participate at whatever level feels comfortable for you. There is no pressure to share.

$60 for the full 4-week series

Kelly is an intuitive energy healer and founder of Wellness Healing Circle. For the past 19 years, she has supported individuals through energy healing, intuitive guidance, and supportive group experiences focused on helping people feel more grounded, clear, and connected to themselves.
