Have you been moving from one responsibility to the next without taking time for yourself?

Summer Sunset Circle is a peaceful evening for women to slow down, reconnect, and spend time in nature at North Glenmore Park.

Together we’ll enjoy gentle conversation, a short teaching, guided meditation, energy healing, and a brief personal intuitive message for each participant.

There is no pressure to share and no experience with meditation or energy healing is needed.
Simply come as you are and give yourself permission to pause.

Throughout the evening, you'll be invited to slow down and reconnect with yourself through:

The evening follows a relaxed and intuitive flow, allowing space to simply be present, enjoy nature, and experience the beauty of a summer sunset.

What to Bring
Please bring:
• A lawn chair or blanket
• Your favourite beverage
• A light jacket or sweater for the evening
• An open mind and a willingness to slow down
A light snack will be provided.

Meeting Location
We'll meet in North Glenmore Park.
Detailed arrival instructions, including the meeting location, parking information, and how to find the group, will be emailed after you register.

Weather
This event is designed to embrace the outdoors.
If the weather is cool or windy, please dress comfortably. If light rain is expected, we'll use one of the nearby sheltered areas within the park.
Only unsafe weather conditions would require changes to the event, and you'll be contacted if that becomes necessary.

About Your Host
I'm Kelly, an intuitive healing practitioner with over 19 years of experience supporting emotional well-being through meditation-based healing.
My approach is calm, grounded, and accessible, blending guided meditation with intuitive awareness to help people release stress, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported from within.
