Have you ever wondered what guided meditation can do for you?
Charlotte will be leading a guided meditation at 7:45 p.m. Pacific (10:45 pm EST) three days a week on a monthly basis.
This is a club for those experienced in meditation and for those who are just beginning or have never done this before.
We will be focusing on health, money, relationships, and other topics. We will also use oracle cards as well to assist in finding participant direction and goals.
You will be guided through the various techniques which include breathing, mindfulness, focus, mantra, quick body scan and muscle relaxation meditations.
Depending on the time of the year, meditations will reflect lunar, solar and other celestial events. In addition, meditations will also be based on the seasons.
Through meditation we can release energies which may be holding us beck and create a more positive outlook for ourselves.
Benefits of meditation include reducing stress, improving memory, improving focus, lowering blood pressure, reducing anxiety, helps you find inner peace, can help with depression, better sleep, and other health needs.
These meditation sessions are open to all ages and there is only space for 10 attendees and as stated above, will be held three times per week.
It is a great way to end your busy day.
All who sign up will have exclusive access to the meditations for 30 days.
If for some reason, you can't attend one evening, the meditations will be recorded so you can view them at your convenience.
Depending on participation, I may add a morning meditation.

A monthly fee of $25 includes all meditations for a 30 day period.
The fee goes towards teaching supplies and other expenses.
