Every Wednesday, the Yerba Buena chapter of the California Native Plant Society holds the opportunity to restore native plant habitat alongside our chapter's legendary weed whacker, Jake Sigg, and the expert native plant specialist staff of San Francisco Recreation and Parks Natural Resources Division. This is your chance to see special places in the city that were saved from development and are rich with local native plant life.
This week's location is: This week's location is: McLaren Park (parking lot: 2100 Sunnydale Ave.). Meet at the parking lot and please be aware that this is a MUNI bus stop so be careful not to obstruct the bus right of way.
