This class we will be focusing on improving:
⚙️ Hip joint external and internal rotation
⚙️Pelvic Mobility
⚙️Spinal Mobility
⚙️Hip Mobility
⚙️Core coordination
⚙️Improved back Stability
⚙️Bulletproof shoulders
You do not need to bring anything except water, a sweat towel, your best smile and maybe a mat if you don't want to move around in the grass.
We will meet right at auditorium shores where the jungle gym area is and find a spot in the grassy area that fits all of us.
