Join our Strength Workout Group at Serangoon Stadium! Whether you’re an introvert or extrovert, everyone is welcome in this supportive and inclusive community. We focus on building strength through calisthenics and bodyweight exercises, and we’re here to uplift each other. Feel free to make new friends or simply enjoy the positive atmosphere.

Details:

• When: Every Monday at 7:00 PM to around 8:45 PM (rain or shine!)
• Where: Serangoon Stadium, pull up bar area near to basketball court.
• If it rains, we’ll move to the sheltered seating area, so the workout goes on no matter the weather!
• This is a free community session, no fees or sign-ups needed.

What to expect: Strength training using calisthenics and bodyweight exercises, with a mid to advanced level intensity. While we aim to challenge ourselves, beginners are more than welcome—just start at your own pace, doing fewer reps if needed, and build up gradually.

The only requirement? A commitment to improving a little each time. Just show up, give your best, and focus on getting stronger and better than the last session. Let’s grow and support each other, rain or shine!
