This is a focused, small-group session where you will learn and experience self-hypnosis for calming anxiety and regulating your nervous system.
I teach self-hypnosis to all of my clients because of its profound and reliable effects.
It allows you to move beyond just understanding anxiety — and begin working directly with the deeper patterns that drive it.
In this session, you’ll be guided into a state where you can:

  • Quiet the surface mind
  • Access a deeper level of calm and control
  • Begin connecting with your unconscious processes
  • Experience a shift that is inaccessible through thinking alone

This is where real change begins — not by forcing your mind to stop, but by working with the system underneath it.
You’ll be guided step-by-step through a live induction and leave with a method you can continue to use on your own.
All attendees will receive a full PDF guide as well as a practice MP3.
