Preparation: 6:00 AM Breakfast Served: 8:00 AM Cleanup: 9:00 AM We invite you to volunteer. Everyone is welcome!

Bhante Sutadhara leads a yoga class every Saturday morning at the center. It is a very peaceful class and great for beginner/intermediate levels.
$15 donation is recommended but never required.
