Join the community for Yoga and flow through a series of dynamic movements that will increase your flexibility and restore balance and strengthen core muscles of the lower back and abdominals.
Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are available for your use during class. They are located towards to back for the room, in the closet. Help yourself.
Yoga is the ultimate class of focus and self-awareness.
This class is followed by meditation for those that wish to stay until 8:00 p.m.
