Mindfulness Class - ONLINE

This mindfulness class will be on-line, using Zoom. When you register for the class, you will be sent a Zoom link to enable you to join - please aim to join by 17:55 as we will start promptly at 6 o'clock.

This class will offer the chance to practise mindfulness in a variety of forms, such as awareness of the body, awareness of the breath and mindful movement. We will also explore various mindfulness themes together. This is a drop in group which you can start attending at any time.
Practising mindfulness, we train our attention so that we become more aware and awake in our lives. This allows us to relate skillfully to thoughts and emotions and live with more peace, calm and ease. Practising mindfulness together in a supportive group supports us in keeping mindfulness alive in our lives.
