Weekday drawing at the Dept of Mathematics with the Cambridge Urban Sketchers

Join us for weekday sketching at the Cambridge University department of mathematics. This is a recently built site with some truly amazing architecture on display.

We have permission from the department to draw on site with two rules: be mindful of the students who will be studying, and respect the privacy of people using the site and avoid drawing individuals (generic people and crowds no problem - use common sense).

Hopefully the weather will be kind, but dress appropriately for sitting still and I recommend a stool or mat if you have one!

We'll meet at 1pm at the Faulkes Gatehouse on the path that connects Madingley Road and Clarkson Road. We'll meet back at the same location at 3pm to share our work and take a group photo.

The event is free but does not include food, drink, or art materials. Everyone is welcome whether you've just started to draw or have been a professional artist for many years. We look forward to seeing you there.
