Please plan to arrive around 1:00 PM, with meditation beginning at approximately 1:30 PM. I’ll guide a 30–40 minute mindful meditation practice.

Afterward, you’re welcome to stick around for a bit. If you’d like, bring some light food to share, we can enjoy an informal potluck together.
You can plan on spending about two hours total, time to meditate, take a relaxed tour of the venue, and maybe even enjoy a peaceful stroll through the forest.

Our intention is to meditate outdoors under the trees. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move inside. Either way, please dress warmly, as the Santa Cruz Mountains can be a bit chilly.

We’ll have chairs and cushions available for your comfort.

There’s no charge for this event, though donations are always appreciated.
