SpineTuned Intro Class - Relieve Back & Joint Pain
Véronique - Dance Studio, 24 Rue Juge, Paris, FRAs some of you know, I suffered a pretty nasty back injury last summer, and have been trying to be proactive about healing, relieving pain and preventing reinjury since.
I know many of us in this group are working in front of screens and/or living a relatively sedentary lifestyle. I am pretty sure those factors contributed to my own back issues.
Wanted to spread the word about John Raven's SpineTuned classes as it has been one of my "quick wins" that doesn't require medication and has brought relief.John teaches his classes in English at different locations in Paris.
-----------------------
Join us for a specialist-led session on relieving back and joint pain and improving posture through natural alignment. John Raven, from SpineTuned, has conducted successful demonstrations at various health events, including INSPIRELLE's "Unstoppable You Coaching Event." This is a wonderful opportunity for Members who would like to benefit from practical solutions to everyday posture challenges.Experience how a few simple shifts in how you sit make you feel better over and over again. An individual assessment will show you exactly where the problem lies and what to do. This empowering, restorative class is for all ages and body types. You’ll leave feeling better than when you arrived—and with tools you can use anytime, even while sitting at your desk.
