About us
The purpose of this group is to enjoy a space designed to enhance well being, and self discovery through pranic practices ,restorative yoga postures, and meditation. If you enjoy the benefit of raised energy through group practice so that you may move into your own deeper exploration, this is structured for you. These classes are similar to classes and retreats I have given over the past 12 yrs at Lumeria Maui Retreat Center while I lived on the Island of Maui.
