What we’re about
This is support group fo neurodivergent adults (18+) living in the ACT.
Neurodiversity and neurodivergence are nonmedical terms used to describe people who experience the world differently than others. This includes conditions such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyslexia and others.
The group was originally starred as a resource for adults with ADHD, we have evolved to include anyone who might struggle with having a ‘spicy brain and need a safe space to feel supported and understood.
You don't need to have a diagnosis to join.
Maybe you are just starting your journey towards getting a formal diagnosis and aren't sure where to begin, or you are the partner or family member and need information, this is the place for you.
