About us

A group for women wanting to get strong in the gym, support each other along the way, and make new friends. Focus on barbell and strength training. I am fairly new to training myself, so doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner or experienced: everyone is welcome!

It's a new group, but I envision weekly meetups to work out and socialise afterwards.

Venue: Club Lime; various city locations depending on group preferences. Having a membership already will be easier for you, but it is possible to get a casual pass during staffed gym hours if you're just starting.

Time/day: multiple meetups throughout the week.
