About us
The Cape Ann Pride Coalition (founded in 2023) seeks to foster a greater sense of community--and fun!--among all the LGBTQIA+ members of Greater Cape Ann (Essex, Gloucester, Ipswich, Manchester, Rockport) and our family Allies so that we can learn from each other, celebrate each other, support each other, and plan for a great future for our diverse community here on Cape Ann. We invite all residents of or workers on Cape Ann to join our recurring events (some will be 21+, some will be for LGBTQIA+ folx only) for casual conversations, some outings, meeting new friends, deepening old friendships, and seeing the community power of #CapeAnnPride.

Spring Fundraiser Social for Cape Ann Pride
Our annual spring fundraiser is set for Wednesday, March 25, once again at Minglewood Harborside!
We had such a great turnout and such a great party there last year, we HAD to do it again, with great thanks to the generous support of Zach and all the others at Minglewood.
We hope to welcome and thank many prior sponsors, introduce and meet some new ones, along with generous donors at every level from across the community.
And, yes, we heard you: fewer speakers, more fun. Noted, with gratitude!

And, if you are interested in helping sponsor Cape Ann Pride 2026 events, please do the same--we have multiple levels of sponsorships available, including dedicated sponsorships for various events, from our "Pride Blast Off" party with The Illustrious Blacks at The Cut Live on Saturday, May 30, to "Cape Ann Families and Friends Bowl With Pride" at Cape Ann Lanes that weekend, to the "Queer Teens and Friends Private Sail" on the Schooner Adventure later in June, and much, much more.
