In this clinic, we will cover:

  • Warm ups for back squat
  • Bracing technique
  • Barbell safety - how to safely fail in training
  • Barbell position on the back
  • Foot position
  • Weight distribution during the squat
    How to work your way to proper depth
  • Powerlifting back squat rules and commands

$50 fee, limited to 16 participants. You must also register at Squat Basics Powerlifting Clinic

Wear comfortable workout attire - you will practice your back squat using the tips we provide. There will be multiple coaches working with participants.
