This group is to provide a focal point for those interested in learning more about Kanban, a Modern Management Method for knowledge work in the 21st century. All leaders are welcome! A leader being anyone from individual contributor up to senior management who is considering, exploring, adopting, or practicing the Kanban method for managing the knowledge work within their team, service, organization, or business.
