CRVN’s Run with Compassion 5k & BBQ

CRVN’s annual BBQ just got an upgrade! It’s now the CRVN Run with Compassion 5 K and BBQ, and it will be on Sunday, September 20th at 11:00 am at Tawasentha Park’s Chalet Pavilion.

The Capital Region Vegan Network empowers our community to adopt and maintain a vegan lifestyle through outreach, education, support, and advocacy. The CRVN Run With Compassion 5K brings that mission to life by bringing our community together around compassion in action. CRVN proudly supports Song of the Robin, Mini Mountain, and Broome animal sanctuaries, whose work gives animals the opportunity to live safely and free from exploitation. By participating in the 5K or making an additional donation, you’re helping CRVN continue to give back to the sanctuaries doing this important work. Come run, walk, volunteer, cheer, or donate. Every form of participation helps us build a stronger and more compassionate community.
