What we’re about
Cardiff Girls Club is a social club for women in their 20s-30s who love good books, fantastic food and great company. We're based in Cardiff, but we're open to anyone living in South Wales.
We were founded in 2021 as a book club in Cardiff for young women, and we've subsequently expanded to almost 300 members. Throughout this time, our goal has been to create meaningful connections between our members, as well as offer opportunities for personal growth through workshops and events. Making new friends as an adult is hard, so we wanted to try and make it a bit easier.
Over the course of 2023, we've been growing the group by offering new events such as brunch gatherings, screen-printing workshops and pottery painting, whilst continuing to run Cardiff Girls Book Club and Cardiff Girls Supper Club every month ✨

We aim to create an environment where all members feel welcome and valued. As a result, membership is not guaranteed. To ensure the safety of our wonderful members at Cardiff Girls Club, we kindly request that all applicants have a profile picture of themselves when applying to join our group. Unfortunately, we will have to decline any applications without a profile picture, even if they've completed the rest of the application form.
