Proactive Leadership with Steve Kury

PROACTIVE LEADERSHIP - This is the ability, and desire, to identify problems and opportunities as they approach and be ready to respond to them when they arrive, as compared to just reacting to them when they arrive and scrambling for them.

This presentation will include four sections: • An overview of fundamentals of leadership and what it entails. • An introduction to servant leadership. • A discussion of a real-world example of a program plan for a Federal client that didn’t plan on the growth in scope of the program, leading to client expectations for quality in the system being disappointed. • Effective techniques for planning for this contingency so that its severity is alleviated.

At the end of this webinar, there will be a brief Christian story.
