Career Crafters: Resume Workshop Community Hub

Come join us for an afternoon focused on doing the real work of resume writing. Whether you're starting fresh, pivoting careers, or just tired of your current resume, this is a space to dig in and actually craft something you feel good about. We'll walk through how to tell your story in a way that makes sense to hiring managers, talk about what actually works versus what doesn't, and you'll have time to work on your own resume with feedback from the group.

This is for anyone who's felt stuck staring at a blank document, anyone who knows their resume needs work but isn't sure where to start, or anyone who just wants to be around other people doing the same thing. You don't need to have anything polished—bring whatever you've got or start from scratch. We'll have templates, examples, and honest conversation about what hiring managers are actually looking for.

Bring a laptop if you have one, or paper and pen works too. We'll have time to work individually and also get input from others in the room. If you're ready to stop putting this off and actually move forward with your resume, come on down and RSVP so we know to expect you.

Join us for an afternoon dedicated to getting your resume in the best possible shape. Whether you're brushing up your current one, making a career change, or applying for your first professional role, this workshop is designed to help you present yourself clearly and confidently on paper. We'll walk through the essentials together—from structuring your experience to highlighting achievements that actually matter to employers. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions and get feedback in a relaxed, supportive setting.

This meetup is for anyone who wants to strengthen their resume, no matter where you are in your career journey. You don't need to be a polished professional or have years of experience. Bring a copy of your current resume if you have one, or just come ready to learn and think through what you want to say about yourself. We're all here to help each other out.

Hope to see you there. Just hit the RSVP button so we know how many of you are coming—it helps us plan the space and materials. See you soon in Croydon.

Join us for an afternoon dedicated to making your resume work harder for you. Whether you're polishing up your current one, transitioning careers, or putting together your first professional resume, this workshop is designed to give you practical feedback and actionable takeaways. We'll walk through common resume mistakes, talk about how to highlight your accomplishments in ways that actually resonate with hiring managers, and give you time to work on your own materials. Bring a draft if you have one, or just bring your questions—both are equally welcome.

This is a hands-on session, so come ready to roll up your sleeves. We'll do some group discussion around what works and what doesn't, then move into smaller breakout time where you can get more personalized input. You don't need to be an expert or have everything figured out before you arrive. If you're looking to strengthen your resume or just want to see what your peers are working on, this is the place for it.

We're meeting in person in Enfield, and honestly, there's something valuable about doing this work in a room with other people going through the same thing.
