What we’re about
We meet regularly to socialize, have fun & de-stress from the stresses & challenges of Caregiving. We enjoy live music, wine (or any beverage of your choice), yummy food & each other’s company while we decompress from caring for our loved ones & the demands of our hectic lives.
The goal is to relax, have fun & make new friends with fellow caregivers; to expand your circle of support and blow off a little steam. Also, find out about community resources & upcoming events not listed on meetup. This is not your typical “support group”, rather it’s an outing amidst friends who share a similar path. Give yourself something fun to look forward to that doesn’t involve work, housekeeping or caring for others! 😉 Recharge your Caregiving batteries ~ Refresh your Mind, Body & Spirit ~ Replenish your vision for a brighter tomorrow!
We meet at local restaurants that to break the ice & promote a fun vibe. No pressure to share personal details about your life if you don’t want to, however, this group is a safe place to disclose your real feelings & frustrations as well as find encouragement, hope & support.
We hope you come check it out & feel free to bring a friend or spouse if you like. No children however as this is an adult event.
*If you decide to drink alcohol, please plan accordingly & use ride-share or have a designated driver. Drink responsibly & don’t drive! Safety 1st ❤️
