Caribbean Vibes – Wave Yuh Flag is for people who love dancing, good music, and having a good time. Young Black Professionals need fun too...

Not every weekend is Carnival… but that doesn’t mean we can’t have more fun. This group is about keeping an eye on what’s happening and pulling up together when the vibes are right.

Let’s be real… dancehall and soca run the place 😉 but if something else moves the people, we’re not mad at it. Jamaica ah we run di world 😉. Bring the vibes! 🇯🇲

We share where we’re going when there’s something worth pulling up to, so you can join when it works for you. Come say hi, meet new people, dance a little or a lot, and enjoy the night.

🍚 The Jollof Wars are coming to DC...and it's time to settle the debate! 🇬🇭🇳🇬🇸🇳🇸🇱

If you've never experienced the Jollof Festival, this is one of the most fun food festivals of the summer. It's a celebration of one of West Africa's most beloved dishes, where different countries compete for bragging rights as the Jollof Rice Champion.

And yes...the competition gets serious! 😄

🏆 Ghana has won the DC title the last two years, so expect the other countries to come ready to reclaim the crown.

Come hungry because you'll find incredible food vendors, music, cultural experiences, family-friendly activities, and—if you choose the tasting ticket—you'll sample competing Jollof recipes and cast your vote for your favorite.

💰 General admission starts at $33. For about $50, you can upgrade to the Jollof Tasting & Voting ticket, sample the competing Jollof dishes, and help crown this year's champion. Feel free to treat yourself to the VIP packages as well.
