Welcome to Caring Peer Support a mental health meetup focused on producing positive social interaction and encouraging peer support.
We offer a supportive and empowering weekly Peer Support Group focused on well-being. You'll find a safe space to share experiences, and connect with others on a similar journey.
Join our "Weekly Wellness Techniques" series, where each week we introduce and discuss new mental wellness technique designed to help you enhance your mental health and well-being.
Our free initial one to one mental health peer support sessions allow you to experience the value of peer support firsthand. If you find these sessions beneficial, you have the option to continue with personalized, one-on-one support sessions with our experienced peer support provider, available at a reasonable fee.

We'll be exploring a technique often recommended by mental health professionals: "Treat yourself like how you would treat a friend". We'll take some time to try it out and reflect on how it feels. I really want us to examine this method closely and share any objections we have—because once we understand and work through our doubts, we’ll be in a better place to try it fully and see its real potential (with the placebo effect even working in our favor!).
This is a peer-led initiative—I'm a trained peer supporter with three years of experience, not a therapist. The goal here is for us to explore this technique together, as peers.
