**ALL** hospice professionals are encouraged to attend, including nurses, home health aids, social workers, and spiritual counselors. We welcome multiple people from each organization!

* What happens to the body after a patient passes on hospice?
* How long until the body is picked up?
* What should I discuss with the family before calling the mortuary?
* How soon will the family receive the death certificate?
* Who is legally allowed to make decisions on behalf of the deceased?
* How can I better support the family through the end of life transition and beyond?
