Celebrity Chef Richard Blais is at it again with a corkage free night. Bring your favorite bottle, I will bring mine and we will pair food and wine with a ’tasting’. Only bring a favorite, to help us taste new and spectacular wine. If you have no favorite, do not bring wine. I am sure we will have enough to go around. We will create the menu based on the wine you bring!

Our Table of 4/6/8 is a fun day or night out. We have 'regulars' and always some new people. I make it small so that we can really get to know each other.
First, everyone tells me what looks good on the menu. Then I order, based on how many people want to try the same thing.
We get appetizers, main dishes and dessert that we pass around. Sometimes I get overruled and we order a dish you really want to try.
This is a 'tasting'. 2-3 bites of everything we order. Some people are vegan, gluten free, etc. We make sure among the dishes we order, there are good options, so that everyone can eat. In case you want to add something, in addition to the bill we share, you can. Your item will be added to your bill. We've actually had people buy the table a dish they want to try! And more often than not, the chef sends out "chef to chef" complimentary dishes so that we can review them.
A $30.00 deposit returns $20 at the event. I say: "I'd like to bless you with abundance" as I give you back $20. So much fun for me! lol
At the end, we all put in cash or a credit card for the same amount each (makes it easy on the waiter). Those who order drinks (outside of the wine we bring) go on a separate tab. And of course, you tell us what your favorite dishes and drinks are, as we go. That goes into my blog, quoting you and on Yelp, Open Table & Google.
