The Healing Arts address not only physical symptoms but also emotional, mental and spiritual health. All these modalities provide a way to reconnect with oneself, reduce stress and foster a sense of peace. They create a space for personal reflection, growth and emotional release. The communal aspect which I encourage through group sessions and retreats offer people a sense of belonging and support.
