Carlsbad Video Games Meetup Group

A small, intimate kickoff hangout for the group focused on games, conversation, and relaxed social connection.

We’ll start the night with light board games—feel free to bring anything you enjoy or want to share. After that, we’ll move into some Nintendo Switch party games for a more interactive, casual gaming session.

The rest of the evening is intentionally unstructured: good conversation, hanging out, and getting to know each other in a low-pressure, welcoming setting.

This is a small group experience (6 people max) hosted in Carlsbad, designed to keep things personal, easygoing, and fun—not a big party.

Looking forward to meeting the first few people who’d like to hang out.

Join us for a midweek social adventure to one of San Diego’s most iconic local experiences—the Ocean Beach Farmers Market.

We’ll kick things off by taking the Coaster down to Old Town, then hop on the bus together into Ocean Beach. From there, we’ll spend the evening exploring the market: food vendors, street performers, live DJ sets from the backs of trucks, local artists, and some of the most uniquely styled and creative people in Southern California.

If you’ve never been, Ocean Beach on Wednesday nights is a cultural experience in itself—laid-back, expressive, and full of energy.

We’ll also spend time slacklining near the beach for anyone who wants to try it or just hang out and watch.

This is a small group experience (up to 10 people) and we’ll head back together after 8pm, likely later depending on the vibe. Expect a relaxed but slightly late night.

Good walking shoes, transit mindset, and open energy recommended.
