Carolina Aging - Triangle

Carolina Aging Alliance (formerly SAGE Central North Carolina) is a program established to advocate for and reach out to older Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer people, age 50 and older. Younger members and allies of LGBTQ+ people who are interested in interacting with our members are welcome to join with us in our activities. Our mission is to provide expanded options for social engagement and reduce social isolation as well as provide education to our members and to the larger community, and to advocate for sensitive and affirming services for aging LGBTQ+ people. We are a partner of SAGE USA, which has been dedicated to serving the senior members of the LGBTQ+ communities for 40 years, and we are a member of the Equity & Justice Coalition NC, located at 4 North Blount Street, Raleigh NC.
