Art Meetup: Anime, Comics, Manga, Webtoons

Come draw and hang out with other anime/manga/comic artists and hobbyists! Bring your own projects, or just come to meet new people and get ideas.

We welcome illustrators, sequential artists, and anyone who prefer other media or genres as well, but the focus on these is just to serve as a focal point for attendees with similar interests. (For general art meetups, there are some excellent groups on Meetup in the DFW area as well!)

This is a self-directed group; there are no instructors, lessons, or preplanned activities. Bring your own supplies, and please keep them to a reasonable size for a cafe setting. We ask that you buy at least one item in order to support the establishment providing the space.

This is a Starter Meetup to gauge interest in this format, so there is a max of 10 attendees and only 2 meetups a month. If there is sufficient interest for more, we may expand. Additionally, locations may change meetup to meetup as we see what works, so please be sure to check the location on each event.

No harassment or creepers will be tolerated; be respectful of other attendees, other customers, and the staff. For any questions or concerns, contact the organizer.
