BLACK DIAMOND - FLAMING GEYSER - GREEN VALLEY LOOP (Brisk)

his will be a fairly flat brisk paced ride from Ron Regis Park in Renton out to the Black Diamond Bakery. There will be bathrooms at the start with our only rest stop being at the bakery. Bathrooms at Flaming Geyser Park but no water. Riders should arrive 20 minutes before the start time to listen to the safety briefing and sign the waiver. Or you can pre-register on the Cascade site. All riders should bring water bottles, tools, spare tubes, and have the ability to change a flat.
Starting point is in Renton at Ron Regis park off I-405 at WA-169 Maple Valley Hwy (go east).

Riders should be able to sustain the appropriate pace, read a cue sheet, change a flat (and have the requisite equipment). Regroup policy: Regroup at the top of hills as appropriate, waiting a reasonable amount of time and with the best interest of the group in mind.

Please make sure to print your contact information clearly on the waiver and be sure to print a cue sheet if you are unfamiliar with the route.

Cancellation Policy: Steady rain cancels. If cancellation occurs, an update will be posted in the comments section 2 hours prior to the start time. Ride Leader will not be at the starting point if ride is cancelled.
