Sammamish Social Ride with Coffee Stop - 25mi/1150' Brisk

Join me for a loop on my old stomping grounds - the Sammamish Plateau. We'll start at Pine Lake Park - the lot closest to the entrance on the right side. We will do a loop around Beaver Lake and Klahanie.

We will stop at Starbucks halfway. Other stops are shown on the route map and are optional as needed.

Ride Start: You must show up at least 15 minutes before ride start to check in.

Registration: Registration on the Cascade site is free and greatly helps the sign in process for the ride leaders. We also encourage you to RSVP on Meetup so you can join conversation and see photos.

Mechanicals/Pace: Riders should be able to sustain a 16-18 mph pace and know how to change a flat tire (and have the requisite equipment to do so).

Cancellation Policy: Hard steady rain/ice/snow or otherwise unsafe riding conditions will cancel. In the event that conditions are as described for cancellation, ride leaders may not come to the ride start. Ride cancellation will be posted in the Comments section in both the Cascade and Meetup postings for this date at least two hours prior to the ride start in the event that ride leaders will not come to the ride start.

Fenders encouraged if there is any chance of rain. Those without fenders may be asked to ride in the back of the group as a courtesy to other riders.
