Hi everyone! Andi Galpern, Founder of Cascade SF here. I’m back in San Francisco – and I’m bringing Cascade SF back with me. I’ve missed this community deeply. Creating spaces for designers to connect, learn, and support one another has always been a core part of who I am, and the timing finally feels right to return.

Talk with senior designers about getting hired in today’s AI-driven job market.

Want to mentor?
With the rapid shift toward AI-powered workflows, new roles, and evolving expectations, designers are navigating more change than ever. To kick things off, we’re hosting a Cascade SF Mentor Night—an evening of 1:1 mentorship where attendees receive focused, 20-minute feedback sessions from experienced professionals.

We’re currently inviting mentors from the Bay Area who:

• Have 4+ years of industry experience
• Are thoughtful communicators and reliable collaborators
• Enjoy giving back and connecting with other leaders in the design community

As a mentor, you’ll support designers on their career paths, exchange ideas with peers, and be part of shaping what this next chapter of our industry looks like.

We are seeking a venue
