Cascais Saturday Morning Run

Hi everyone I hope you’re all well.

The next run for the group will be on Saturday 3rd January 2026. This will be the first run of 2026.

It would be good to see one or more or all of you there especially as the weather has now cooled off and as I’m sure you will all agree there’s (almost) nothing better than running in heavy rain :-)

The run will be around 5K (not less) by the sea from Cascais starting opposite Hotel Baía. We will run towards Estoril and back on the seafront. The route is flat and easy going with great views of the sea.

Water taps are available along the way and obviously if you don’t feel well or have an injury it might be better to run another time.
