Cascais Saturday Morning Run

Hi everyone I hope you’re all well.

The next run for the group will be on Saturday 21st February meeting at 09:30, I usually wait about 5 or 10 minutes then set off.

It would be good to see one or more or all of you there especially as the weather is now warming up, the rain has eased off and the sun is coming back just in time for spring.

The run will be around 5K (not less) by the sea from Cascais starting opposite Hotel Baía. We will run towards Estoril and back on the seafront. The route is flat and easy going with great views of the sea.

Water taps are available along the way and obviously if you don’t feel well or have an injury it might be better to run another time.
