Saturday Program Speaker Presents: Shoestring Strategies for the Thrifty Genealogist Presented by Ellen Kowitt
Ellen will be speaking about the strategies of researching on a low budget.
Bio: Ellen Kowitt is Director of JewishGen’s United States Research Division, and she was recently appointed DAR National Vice Chair of a newly-created Jewish Task Force. She is past president of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Colorado and the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Washington DC, and Ellen has served on the IAJGS board of directors.
Castle Rock Colorado Genealogical Society is a recognized non-profit organization. Our society of men and women meet locally, but research globally, with a burning interest in the discovery of our ancestry. We welcome anyone interested in genealogical research, from novice to advanced.
